Serna Shipmanagement is a professional third-party ship management company dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized ship management services to its clients. Our goal is to manage our clients' vessels as if they were our own, with a focus on four key areas: Safety, Transparency, Asset Protection, and Reliability.

We offer a wide range of ship management services, including Crew Management, Technical Management, Safety & Quality, OPEX Controlling & Accounting, and tailor-made reporting based on clients' individual requirements. Our services also include additional services such as Marine Insurance & Claims Management, Chartering & Post-Fix Operations, Newbuilding Supervision, and Technical Consultancy Services.

In partnership with our affiliated companies, we are able to deliver cost savings to our clients through the use of the latest digital solutions for the marine industry and the development of our in-house IT systems. Our aim is to simplify all aspects of ship management for our clients.

Serna Shipmanagement manages a diverse range of vessel types, including General Cargo, MPPs and Containerships, Bulk Carriers, Ro-Ro, Product & Bunkering Tankers, Offshore Service Vessels, and Tugs. We operate globally in West Africa, the Black Sea and the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and South-East Asia. Our greatest asset is our highly skilled and trained seafarers who work both aboard and ashore.
